Benefit exercising with a Fit Ball is that the body responds to the instability of the ball to remain balanced, leading to greater activation of core muscles, which can result in improved back and spine health, core stability, posture and muscle balance.

Weight Training

Training that uses weights for resistance. Weight training provides a stress to the muscles that will enable muscles to be activated and get stronger. It can also help control weight, stop bone loss, improve balance, and boost energy levels.
