Course Details
透過訓練課程，使學員更深入瞭解攀登運動；教授深入的攀登技巧、攀登運動員的自我訓練知識；學員全面掌握運動攀登專項訓練知識；完成課程後，能自行編寫基本攀登訓練計劃，從而晉身比賽或更高層次專項領域訓練。
Lectures (6 Hours)
攀登專項體能訓練內容及計劃；攀登專項訓練計劃編排；基本運動心理學訓練；攀登運動員的飲食與營養。
Practice Sessions (24 hours)
攀登比賽的防護；攀登比賽專項體能訓練；攀登比賽專項攀爬訓練；攀登比賽(抱石賽、難度賽及速度賽)的技巧及要注意事項。
Assessment method
教練在課程進行中，連續地對學員的表現作出評估；
學員必須參加於實習課程第三堂進行的考核，完成課程(出席率必須達100%)並合格之學員將可申請由「中國香港攀山及攀登總會」 簽發的三級運動攀登訓練證書(於合格後繳付港幣 $50) 。

Entry Requirement：All participants should be aged 18 or above, and has to hold “Level 2 Sport Climbing certificate” issued by China Hong Kong Mountaineering and Climbing Union(CHKMCU) more than 1 year after being issued with the certificate.
